We look after residential and commercial buildings across Nairobi, Kiambu and Machakos. Owners get monthly statements and payouts on a fixed date. Tenants get a portal where they pay rent by M-Pesa, report repairs with photos and invite visitors with a QR pass.
Every building has a caretaker on site and a technician team on call. Repairs are tracked from the first report to the tenant's confirmation, and every shilling spent appears on the owner's statement.
